  • Head of Business Management: Managed operations for 350 FTEs, overseeing innovation and consulting. I was responsible for reorganizing and introducing new business models and organizational development.
  • Head of Innovation: Led Research & Development, Project Management, and Business Development. I introduced innovative tech solutions across sectors like healthcare, automotive, and banking, collaborating with universities on AI and machine learning projects.
  • Contact Center Manager: Managed a contact center with over 1000 FTEs and 30 team leaders, defining business strategies and handling industrial relations and contract negotiations with major clients.
